
Earth's Marinade Recipes
Seared Salmon

Ingredients:
Salmon fillets
2 to 3 ounces Earth’s Marinade
Coconut oil
Directions:

Wash salmon and pat dry with a paper towel.

Coat both sides of salmon with Earth’s Marinade. (Note: you can marinate fish 1 day prior to cooking)

Preheat sauté pan on high.

Coat the pan with coconut oil (make sure oil is hot enough before placing lamb down).

Place salmon presentation side down, so the skin side is on top.

Cook until salmon has formed a crust before flipping over. When browned, flip over and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. (Note: Keep a close eye on them and do not walk away. You can overcook fish!)
Single serving suggestion:
Serve with 4 ounces of red quinoa salad, sweet potato delight or three bean salad.
