Earth's Marinade Recipes
Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:
1 large can organic pear tomatoes
2 can organic tomato pasta sauce
2 large carrots, diced
1 medium zucchini, diced
4 ounces (½ cup) Earth’s Marinade
Directions:

Scoop pear tomatoes and discard juice. (Note: juice is acidic)

Wash carrots and cut into medium dices.

Peel zucchini and cut into medium dices.

Place pear tomatoes, pasta sauce and raw vegetables in a blender.

Add Earth’s Marinade and blend all ingredients together on low/pulse mode, then switch to medium or high speed. (Texture can be smooth or coarse, to your preference)

Cook blended sauce on stove on medium to low heat for about 15 to 30 minutes or longer. (Note: You can skip this step and serve the sauce raw vegan style)
